Do I need to register for the event or the bus?

NO registration required for event or the bus.  PLEASE NOTE 10 - 18 year olds ONLY!

Does this cost anything?

No cost thanks to our incredible sponsors!  All activities and food is free for 10 - 18 year olds ONLY. Please note that there will be food trucks selling kai so maybe bring some money but Rangatahi Zone has plenty of free food at the Kai Zone.

What do I need to bring?

We advise a bag to take any goodies you make home, and a jacket given this weather can change at any time.  If you want to purcahse any food from our food trucks (otherwise there is a free BBQ and you get to make food)

As a parent do I need to attend with them?

This is entirely up to you as the parent, please note activities (including food) are ONLY for 10-18 year olds.

What if there is a medical emergency?

We have first aiders on sites, and our Bluff Medical Centre.  Our sick bay is located in the Te Rau Aroha Marae kitchen office.  Parents will be contacted immediately and will be required to pick up their Rangatahi.

How will the Rangatahi get around the activities?

Walk!  The venues are all within 2-3 blocks walking distance, on relatively flat land. 

What if the weather is bad?

That is a given in the Deep South, thankfully our Bluff community has supplied many venues that are covered in.  Some activates might also shift under shelter if the weather is too extreme.

What if I'm having any troubles at the event?

Please talk to one of our kaimahi (lanyards with name tags or coloured vests)

 Or talk to any of our security (yellow vests)
