Youthline Southland is a local organisation providing support, information, crisis intervention, and referrals for young people. The free 24/7 helpline is staffed by our trained helpline counsellors who can hear you out when the pressure is hitting. We also offer personal development, counselling and suicide prevention skills training, and volunteer opportunities. Youthline Southland provides rangatahi a listening ear, offers information and advice, builds confidence, and can help in the dark times

We're about hauora. Rangatahi can access clinical and social services through Number 10, with nurses, doctors, youth mentors, health improvement practitioners, health coaches, counselors and transition support workers all on site.

All of our youth counselling and mental health services are funded by the Ministry of Health, District Health Board or the Ministry of Social Development which makes them completely free for you to access.
